SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Bit’rMamas tries to ship all products the same day when we are able.  Free shipping on orders $100 or more. You may choose your shipping preference when you go to checkout.  If you are purchasing more than 3 pair of shoes or boots AND utilizing FREE SHIPPING, we reserve the right to send shoes/boots not in their original boxes.  If you would like their boxes, we will request a shared shipping payment between the buyer and us.

Please make sure you have the correct shipping address on your order. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses.

RETURNS& EXCHANGES

NO RETURNS ON THE FOLLOWING:

*Sale items under $100

*Any merchandise discounted at 50% off or more

RETURNS- The merchandise must be received at the address below within 14 business days of the confirmed delivery date. We strongly recommend you also use a delivery confirmation receipt when returningitem(s) so you have proof of shipping. If you have fragile items, you will want to consider insurance as well. It is your responsibility to get the return items back to us in NEW condition. Upon inspection and verification of timeframe, we will issue a refund. You are responsible for postage when returning an item unless it’s our error.

Shoes or boots must be in its original box and placed inside another box for returns.

Returns will not be accepted if the merchandise does not have the original tag and/or shows proof of being worn.

All refunds will be returned to the original form of payment that was used for the purchase. It will take 7 to 10 days for payment to be processed.
